UNILAD Grub is a globally recognised social media company with 1.9 million followers on Facebook. It covers everything from popular viral videos to news videos about food and drink. Some videos are originally created and filmed in the office.
There is also an UNILAD Grub Community Facebook page where 4,317 followers can engage in. They all share their photos or videos of their own cooking or baked goods, share food ideas and even help inspire food ideas for us to make.

I made sure that the UNILAD Grub page had the first video of the Pink Gin Tree as the time the bar had none of the real ingredients but we overcame the problem on the day.

After a deep research on what would be the next viral food craze I came up with the idea of the gravy fountain. At the time the fountain was popular to use chocolate but I wanted to see other options and gravy was the best as I could create the right consistency for the fountain. The Yorkshire pudding was an edible cup to collect the gravy and is a well know to go with gravy.

The Treehouse Restaurant was the perfect place to film that experience as it is located in Northumberland where is has amazing gardens surrounding the treehouse. I contacted the manager and manage to arrange a group of people to film and experience the dining and the grounds.

So initially I found a cheese as a cake where a cheese wheel was on each tier instead of a traditional wedding cake. I wanted to find the next big thing to replace an ordinary cake. So I ended up finding a pork pie cake for people that prefers savoury than sweet. I managed to get a three tiered pork pie cake for free and filmed and decorated in the office.
